picked up by human being and are answered directly. We respond to your email
query within 24 to 72 hours and phone query will be answered immediately. If
not possible to pick up the phone your call be answered as soon as possible.
5. Safety: Safety is first and foremost importance
for your Visa & Travel Documents. We always make a point not to collect any
of our original Documents if not required by concerned office.
6. Value Based Fixed Charges: We hate
being charged by the hour. If you have a question, you should be free to
contact us and not be afraid that you’re going to be charged extra for it.
7. Industry Jargon: We do not use
travel industry jargon. We always answer to you in normal language and the
language you are comfortable with English, Hindi, Gujarati & Marathi.
8. Long Working Hours: Unlike other
companies which works during 10.00 am to 07.00 pm we are working 10.00 am to
10.00 pm. We are also available on cell in case you have any emergency after
10.00 pm.
